Flowerette, 2004 Filly
This regally bred filly was purchased by Long Grove for
it's own broodmare band. Flowerette is a daughter of leading
sire Victory Gallop. She is a half sister to the
multi-millionaire and [G1] winner, Flower Alley.
Flowerette produced her first foal in 2008, a colt by
Include. Flowerette is now safely in foal to
Corinthian.


Apparella, 2005 Filly
This fine daughter of Aptitude was selected and purchased
by Long Grove at the 2006 Keeneland September Yearling Sale.
She is out of the [G3] winner of over $459,600, Pratella.
The filly is a half to the stakes placed Angliana and the
2006 winner, De Roode.

Tapit - Mepanache 2006 Filly
This fancy, roan weanling colt was discovered and
purchased by Steven Sansone.
He is a son of the young sire, Tapit. This is the first
foal out of the Deputy Minister mare, Mepanache. Mepanache
is a half-sister to such greats as Little Sister, Valid
Expectations, Littleexpectations, Miss Valid Pache, etc.
At Keeneland November 2006 the weanling sold for $80,000,
providing a significant return on investment.


Desert Radiance
Desert Radiance was purchased by Long Grove at the 2005
Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale. This beautiful,
chestnut mare is a [G3] winner of $107,487.00. She is a dam
of Wild Desert. Wild Desert is the 2005 winner of the
Queen's Plate. He was second in the 2006 Suburban Handicap
[GI] and the 2006 Alysheba Stakes as well as [G2] placed in
the Lane's End and the Prince Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes in
2005!
Desert Radiance is safely in foal for 2009 to After
Market on one cover.


Stormin Fever - Nasty Affair 2004 Filly
The sale of this filly at the 2005 Keeneland January
Horses of All Ages Sale is another Long Grove success story.
This filly's dam, Nasty Affair, was purchased by Steven
A. Sansone for a client at the 2004 Keeneland Horses of All
Ages Sale for $35,000.00. She was carrying this beautiful
bay filly. Nasty Affair is a [G3] winner. She is the dam of
both a [G2] placed winner and a [G3] winner.
The filly was Hip Number 436 and was consigned by Indian
Creek. At the fall of the hammer the filly sold for
$65,000.00 to Tall Oaks Farm. |
